Today will mark another great day for the markets. A good few earnings to watch out for. Palm, I expect a slow-down in earnings, particularly after guidance was given for lower sales back in September. Their Treo hasn't performed well, after lower-priced competitor handset. However, rumours yesterday on a possible acquisition might stir things up a bit. Federal Express, continued strong earnings from upbeat business worldwide. Economy remained strong, and this should benefit them. I expect great news from them as well. Nike has died down a bit after the world cup, but increased collaborations with other companies as a strategy should have a good impact on their bottom line. Expect good for these few today.
